Why I Do What I Do
My primary goal is to create the conditions for a permanent end to poverty, violence, and suffering in our world within my lifetime.
How I Do It
I help leaders to achieve better business outcomes while simultaneously becoming happier, more kind, more generous, and more compassionate.
Through books, keynote speeches, training, and coaching, I work to inspire people to become servant leaders, and help leaders apply mindfulness training to:
- Improve business acumen
- Increase emotional intelligence
- Improve creativity and innovation
- Improve ability to manage change
- Develop extraordinary leadership presence
